This was another very busy year on campus.
There were several plays, banquets, and dances, plus the annual
marshmallow roast. The Charity Ball, put on by the Pan-Hellenic
Council, was the greatest formal event of the year. |

Sports Snapshot The Golden Hurricane once again claimed the title of Conference Champions--something that hasn't been accomplished since 1925, and, as usual, defeated our biggest rival, the Haskell Indians. The swimming team experienced its most successful season in the history of the program. |
