Scope and Content:   Consists of 72 autograph letters and 5 Christmas cards (most accompanied by their envelopes) to friends and colleagues including Ian Hamilton, H. A. Rappaport, Alan Ross, and Roger Senhouse; also included is a cablegram to Hartley from Harvey Curtis Webster.  The collection also holds editions of Hartley's books, books to which he contributed, and secondary critical appraisals, and an extensive run of Weekend Review, a journal to which Hartley made regular contributions.
