Special Collections

The Department of Special Collections and University Archives, located on the fifth floor of McFarlin Library, is open to the University of Tulsa community from 8-5 Monday through Friday.
There are many collections in Literature and History, with special foci on English Modernists and History of the American West. Surrounding those there are a wide variety of topics relating to James Joyce, Women authors, World War I, and history of the Tulsa region.
Please drop by the department and enjoy the reading room and displays.

McFarlin Library Opening Announcement



Please note the South Side (Main Level) entrance has been closed.
There are 3 new entrances to the library:
The original west entrance from the Albert Plaza is open until 5:00pm each evening.
The new technology wing has public entrances on the north side, just adjacent to Phillips Hall and from the east, by Kendall Hall.
Both entrances require TU ID “card swipe” access after 5:00pm.
