In 1959, Dr. Henneke's first book, Announcer's Handbook
was published.
To say that Henneke continued to be productive after his retirement is something of an
understatement. Prolific and prodigious is more like it.
In 1990, Council Oak
Books published
Laura Keene: A Biography, his biography of the great American actress.
From 1988-1992, Ben published weekly articles in the editorial pages of
The Tulsa Tribune. He currently writes weekly articles in
Quill of the Hill.
As President Emeritus, Dr. Henneke is a leader who has inspired and
encouraged us with his unquestionable faith in the future of this great
university.
