"Four leaders in historical scholarship and cutting-edge technology have joined forces to create the premier resource for historians on the Web. The American Historical Association, the Organization of American Historians, the University of Illinois Press, and the National Academy Press have announced the launch of The History Cooperative on March 30, 2000. For the first time, the full text of current issues of the American Historical Review and the Journal of American History will be available electronically to members of the AHA and OAH and to institutions that subscribe to the print versions of the journals." (NOTE: This includes McFarlin Library.)
