The range also encompasses astronomy, charts, diagrams, geology and the medicine and science of world cultures and ancient civilisations. There are portraits of personalities such as Dr Johnson and Galileo, as well as Sir Humphrey Davy's notebooks, medicinal plants, portrayals of diseases and anatomy."
