Interlibrary Loan Renewal Request

This form is to be used for ILL Renewal Requests. This request does NOT guarantee a renewal. All renewals MUST be requested ONE WEEK PRIOR to the due date. Renewals are not approved until confirmation is sent through TU email.

NOTICE

ILL is now charging NON-REFUNDABLE FINES.

Due to many abuses of due dates for ILL materials in the last two years, McFarlin has incurred large fines and even lost borrowing privileges at some libraries. Late returns affect the entire institution, not just the person failing to return the items. For this reason, we will be strictly enforcing due dates and penalties. Be sure to check the due date and also check your email for notices.

Consequences for Overdue ILL material include:

Being blocked from checking out TU and ILL materials until overdue item is returned and/or bill is addressed.
Being billed a NON-REFUNDABLE FINE that is 2X the price of the book but not less than $50.
Being billed Lending Library charges.
Indefinite loss of ILL Book borrowing privileges.
